WIP for fan character stuff, I think I’m getting better at digital, hmm. What do you think?
Looking at it now, I don’t like it very much and it’s not funny because it’s not animated but I DON’T CARE I WANTED TO FINISH SOMETHING FOR ONCE w/e. Also maybe four people will understand this? I don’t care.
Okay, so some action figures got used for posing, as well as a few characters/drawings from Ganson and Sam-Person on FA being used as inspiration. Also, do you recognize a poorly drawn Miles there, Taxiderby’s four-armed person? Probably not, but now you know! Finally, on the last two pages are the beginnings of designs for a One Piece fan character I’m making, hahah. The kimono on the last page is the one he’d wear.

Also now I know what it’s like when people say “Wow the scanner butchered this” because I mean it’s not fantastic but it sure did nevertheless.

Lots of stuff to go over! Firstly:
That top part might look a bit familiar! And below that is a few Joebluefox heads, he’s a cutie.
Some Taxiderby heads, and a portrait of GTskunkrat himself! Not too great, pose is a bit rigid, proportions are kinda off… Getting more comfortable drawing whole bodies and poses though, so that’s neat!
This was kind of a late birthday present for Taxiderby, of their character Taxi as the star of Noitu Love 2, Xoda Rap. Wow, that was a lot of words. Also this drawing is getting slowly obliterated, I need that fixative stuff for my pastel pencil work IMMEDIATELY.
So there’s a kind of Simspons-inspired Gerrark in the upper left there, based on true events. And then a Marshall Lee because holy fuck I fell hard for him fast. So hard I made an Adventure Time fan character for myself specifically so I could make them interact someday because I am actually the worst creature that has ever lived. Btw, I did everything on this page EXCEPT color the topmost rat Gerrark. Mouthrot colored him, I colored the bottom one.
Here’s a more correctly oriented version of my Adventure Time fan character, Gerry, The (Impromptu) Rat King! His story is that Fiona, mishearing Prince Bubblegum’s request for the magical “cat ring,” seeks out a well-known rat hole and demands to see their king. Without a king and terrified of the yelling warrior lady outside, they immediately and unanimously elect Gerrark to be their king, for no reason other than that he is the only one not naked. It is not a pleasant burden.
Ahhhh starting to do more (almost) completed things, yes.
More still life stuff, and some of that wonderful Taxidermy fellow! It was his birthday yesterday, didn’t you know? Well now you do, and it’s never too late for gifts and congratulations.
